View More A cell spreader, also known as a plate spreader, is a valuable manual tool that is commonly employed in the field of biology and its associated disciplines. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the delicate and precise spreading of cells and bacteria onto a culture plate, which is typically a Petri dish. In order to meet the diverse needs of researchers and scientists, cell spreaders are manufactured using different materials such as glass, plastic, and metal. Additionally, they are available in an array of shapes to ensure maximum effectiveness in the laboratory setting.
The PRONAR HZW150 & HZW200 self-loading spreaders are designed for spreading sand, salt, or their mixture, in winter. Constant spreading width allows to work without exposing the façade of buildings to damage, as well as driving near pedestrians. Rear lighting allows the spreader to work on public roads. Universal mounting on a Euro frame type suspension allows the spreader to be connected with wide range of carries, such as excavators, loaders, and, after using and adapter, with vehicles equipped with three-point linkage. There is a possibility to design a mount adapter for any carrier.
The spreader is loaded by lowering it to the level of a pile and driving it into it. The tarpaulin protecting the hopper can be folded with one hand movement. These facilities allow the machine to be operated by a single operator, without the need for other loading machines.
The material is spread by a stainless steel roller adapter. An agitator in the hopper ensures that the material is discharged efficiently onto the roller, and a safety grille protects the spreading mechanism from damage by stones and large frozen clods.
The spreader mechanism can be driven from the PTO shaft or directly from the carrier’s hydraulics, there is also possibility to set the operating parameters via an electronic controller.

The Platform Spreaders Pronar SPT70 & HPT70 are designed for winter maintenance of roads by spreading sand, salt, or their mixture, also with brine spraying. The disc spreading adapter allows spreading sand and salt on width of up to 12m (depending on the material). The brine system enables the spreading material to be sprayed with a solution of water and salt in order to accelerate the action of the salt, extend its duration of action and prevent it from rolling of the road. Thanks to the possibility of setting the asymmetry of spreading, it’s possible to spread two lanes in one pass. Due to the combination between controller and the carries, the spreading weight is constant regardless of the driving speed.
The SPT70 & HPT70 spreaders can be connected with carriers with loading capacity not less than 14T. Due to RO-RO technology it is possible to load them on the tipper platform without using other equipment.
The spreading is controlled by an electric controller operated from a control panel with a LCD screen located inside the carrier. The operator has the status of the machine and its settings under constant supervision. It’s possible to equip the temperature and surface icing sensor and to integrate the spreader with the machine operation system and GPS.

Spreader PRONAR PW120 is designed to spread sand, salt or the mixture of both This machine is perfectly suited for removing surface icing on narrow residential streets, alleys and sidewalks. The spreading material is spread by a rotating roller. The advantage of dispensing material with a roller at a constant pour width is that it does not damage buildings and grass. System also allows driving close to pedestrians.
The small size of the sand spreader allows it to be aggregated with small, manoeuvrable tractors, front loaders and self-propelled loaders. It is adaptable to the aggregation at the rear or at the front of the carrier. The spreader PRONAR PW120 cops very well with difficult weather and road conditions, it also adapts perfectly to any spreaded material. The agitator, roller, shutter, tarpaulin frame as well as bearings are made of corrosion-resistant steel. Tank container and extension increasing the cargo capacity is protected by powder coating.

Towed sand spreader Pronar KCT07 is perfectly suited for winter maintenance of roads and sidewalks in small towns and villages. It can be used wherever large salting machine cannot be used. The machine construction with a drawbar with max. 250kg pressure on the coupling allows for using the spreader with small tractors. Spreader PRONAR KCT07 can also be towed using the lower tractor beam. Small dimensions and a total weight of less than 1.5 t allow the machine to operate with small, reversible tractors and use it even on sidewalks.

The spreader PRONAR KPT40 has our patented capacity adjustment system of the main hopper, allowing you to change the load box capacity from 4.5 to 6 m3. It may be aggregated on heavy vehicles equipped with loading platform and complying with the requirements set out in the table. KPT model is equipped with additional brine tanks for pre-wetting the spreaded materials.

CompactSpreader PRONAR EPT15, EPT21 are designed to be mounted on trucks or platforms on pick-up cars. Belt feeding mechanism and the disc shedding drive motors are powered by the vehicle electrical system (options 12 and 24 V). Thanks to the applied solutions, EPT 15 and EPT21 are ideally suited to work with small carriers on narrow streets e.g. internal roads in household districts and narrow streets in city centers.

PS 250 (capacity 250 liters) and PS 250M (500 liters) tractor mounted spreaders are designed to spread sand, salt or the mixture of both. This way not only the surface gets anti-slippery protection but also the ice can be melted. This equipment is available with either hydraulic or mechanical (PTO) drive and adjustable spreading width. Working elements and the container are built from corrosion resistant materials (stainless steel or polietylen), so spreaders PS250 & PS250M can be used for many years.

Spreader PRONAR HPT25 ais a product addressed to companies involved in snow removal and de-icing of roads. A tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3 is equipped with a tarpaulin cover and a sieving mesh. The material is supplied to the system using the transporting belt equipped with scrapers. All elements are made out of stainless steel to ensure a long service life in highly corrosive environments. Also, the hydraulic system components have been specially selected because of their increased corrosion resistance.
